Booking Questions
We typically respond within 1–3 hours during business hours (Monday–Saturday, 7 AM–7 PM). If you submit outside of hours, you'll hear from us first thing the next morning. For urgent bookings, calling or texting us directly is the fastest option.
Yes — we often have same-day or next-day availability depending on your location and the service requested. Larger jobs like paint correction or ceramic coating may need a bit more lead time. Just mention your preferred date in the form and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App. Payment is collected at the completion of the service after your final walk-around inspection. There's no deposit required for standard services.
Life happens — we get it. Just give us at least 24 hours notice and we'll reschedule at no charge. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a small trip fee if our team is already en route. Just reach out as soon as you can.
